Adobe Digital Editions Unable to Download Error

Hi Community,

I have installed the Adobe Digital Editions program but I keep receiving the Unable to Download and E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED error. I have updated the time zone to automatic but I am still receiving the same error. I also tried removing the .acsm file, erasing the authorization, etc... Has anyone else come across this and resolved this issue? Please advise.
