Adobe Digital Not Loading Correctly

I recently bought a new computer, installed ADE and authorized it with my Adobe ID. But my display is not showing any bookshelves, freezes upon loading and if I am lucky enough to make it to this step, it freezes while transferring files to my Nook. So far, I have uninstalled/reinstalled, erased the authorization and even changed the compatibility mode, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Worked fine until 2:00 PST. Now it is completely useless. All books are gone from the shelves. None will download. Uninstalled and installed over and over. No change.
