Adobe Digital not responding

My adobe digital opens fine but when I attempt to access the e-book the program will not respond nor will it troubleshoot  i already did the following:

1.  Tried to open using Explorer

2.  Re-installed Adobe digital

Nothing seems to work any help would be appreciated.
