Adobe digital problem 4.5 and 3.0 broke

Question

Hi

we have a kobo (ebook reader ) and there is a problem or better 2 :

- A) with the moment where we share the ebook from ADE 4.56 from la bibliothèque numérique de Paris for instance ) to our Ebook (see picture ) we have this mistake

- B) looking for a previous version 3.0 the link we have the link on your website https://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions/downloads.html

this does not work

Hi There,

Can you try to de-authorize and authorize your ADE again and see if that resolve the issue? Also you can try to download ADE 3.0 from the following link:

http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/digitaleditions/ADE_3.0_Installer.exe
