Adobe Digitial Edition Crash on Mac with any acsm file!

Hello,

Iam trying  to use ADE since 6month (including complete reinstallation of MacOS), but also now under MacOS 10.13.2 - ADE 4.5 does not work!

Open then ASCM (> 100 pages paper) file from a public library, it open, download & freezes at the end of download when bar is 100%!

After open close, sometimes then can open book, but also partially crashes when going through pages!

Is that a common problem, known bug-fixes? Really disappointing to find book, but due to ADE I cannot proper read them!

Edit: Trying to add multiple ascm files, it hangs also already at 100% of first one...
