Adobe DRM

Hi,

We are looking for DRM software to protect digital booklet sending to our client.

Client-side is allowed to download the file in the desktop and every time they open the file has to tighten up their registered Adobe email address. The digital copy is restricted to share with a third party.

Please advise the suitable software for my inquiry. Thank you
