Adobe Editions 4.5 keeps de-authorizing

My Adobe Editions keeps de-authorizing itself.

I have it installed on my PC / Windows 10.  Whenever I log into 3M Cloud Library to borrow books I find that once I am out of it ADE has de-authorized my PC.  I then have to authorize the PC in order to borrow from Overdrive.  I am using the same Adobe ID to borrow books.  I am using a Kobo e-reader to read the books. 

Neither Cloud nor Overdrive can offer a suggestion as to correct this.

Looking for suggestions to resolve this.
