adobe extremely poor customer service
As a loyal subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud, I've been paying a hefty monthly fee for the service, expecting to receive support and service accordingly. However, when I encountered problems with Adobe Digital Editions and asked for help, I was shocked to find that customer service was not only unprofessional, but also seemed to have no interest in solving my problem.
