Adobe help site is unstable, get error message when trying to move epubs to my Kobo ereader

My first problem was an error message when I tried to drag and drop an epub from my ADE library to my Kobo ereader. The erreor was something about to many ??????. When i went to ADE help the page keeps jumping around.. it is not a computor malfunction as I have checked that it is alright. I tried uninstalling ADE and re-installing but that did not help.Adobe Digital Editions
