Adobe id associated to another computer

Hello, I don't know how but my adobe digital edition restarted on my laptop. I've lost all my acquisition and now that I want to reassociate my adobe id to program it tell's me that it's already associated to another computer or mobiles devices. I erase the app from all my devises but the message still there. How can I restarts my adobe digital edition and reassociated my adobe id to my laptop.
