Adobe ID Authorization fails

I installed Adobe Digital Editions on my new laptop. Now the authorization of my Adobe ID failed. It says that the Adobe ID was used previously. I had deauthorized the Adobe ID previously from my old laptop with "ctrl shift d". The Adobe ID isn't used on a other PC. How could the issue fixed?
