Adobe ID for ADE

Hi,

I'm a new reader of "www1.onleihe.de". Wenn I ran the ADE-App on my phone (Samsung Note 2) I had to enter a Adobe ID. I didn't think about the fact that I might use this ID when I want to read my books on my laptop or pc. So I forgot all about the ADE-ID. How can I recover my old ID or establish a new ID with my existing email adress and password???? Please help!
