Adobe ID gives an error in Adobe Digital editions

Since yesterday I my e-book gave an error on my e-reader. I looked in my library and saw that the expiration date was not until two days later. So I googled and could be something wrong with my authorization. So I deleted it and tried to do it again with the same Adobe ID. Nothing. I gives: incorrect login ID or password for the selected ebook vendor. 

I changes passwords, uninstalled Adobe Digitale Editions, but really nothing works. I'm not a very technical person. How can this be solved? I'm from the Netherlands and there is no other way we can use e-books from the library without this programme...
