Adobe ID wachtwoord kwijt?

Ik heb Adobe-geregistreerde e-books van mijn Sony PRS-T1 overgezet op mijn nieuwe Kobo GLO, maar kan deze e-books niet openen. Er verschijnt steeds een melding "het document is in licentie gegeven voor een andere gebruikersaccount". Gegevens over dit andere gebruikersaccount kan ik echter nergens terugvinden. Weet iemand hoe ik hier achter kan komen?
