Adobe license sever problems

I cannot open my ebook with DRM protected, it show a error message called 

E_ ADEPTNO_FULFILLMENT RESULT

The adobe customer service do not help me solving it. Could anybody give me some advise? Thanks!

PS. I open google books(DRM) with digital edition have this problem, but I used return kobo ebooks is normal and correctly open ebooks.
