Adobe, OverDrive and Kobo

Hi there!

I have used ADE to transfer my library books for years.  This year, I started having problems.  I am perfectly familiar with the programs, so it is not that I am not facilitating the transfers correctly.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Unauthorized and reauthorized.  I have done this the short way in ADE and the long way through regedit.  I have tried running in Administrator vs User.... I tried to take a crack at it today and took the first immediately available book I could find to give it a go.  Again.  To no avail.  I was hoping you could assist me.  This is the error I am facing (note: I've removed my email address from the second picture, I do have a valid account.):

Help would be great!  Because this has frustrated me enough to need a second cup of coffee. lol
