Adobe tells me that my account doesn't exist

I have trouble with authorization/deauthorization basically because of an old email address. ADE is authorized with the old email address but dont accept the psassword when I am trying deauthorization. When trying to change password Adobe tells me that my account doesen't exist and therefore not possible to change. What can I do?
