Adobe XI std help request; cannot print PDFs

Using Adobe XI Std, Win7Pro...all of a sudden I can't print PDFs anymore.  When Click on print get a screen with extra large words that appear to be parameters that are crossed out and can't do anything with it. Pls Help! updated and reinstalled to no avail. Never seen anything like this before.  Has anyone else?

Also, don't understand why I couldn't select a more appropriate community...
