AdobeID problems

I have downloaded a purchased book by creating an AdobeID

- 1st signing in Adobe Digital with my ApppleID

- Downloaded the book on my computer

- asked Adobe CSR change the funky email by my email address in the account

I try to download to my Ipad and it is telling me that the book was first downloaded with another account ...
