ADRM document not currently authorized

But it is authorized, and opens with ADE, and not on my KOBO mini.  It is a library eBook.  It seems to be specific to the particular book which I have borrowed previously.  I was able to redownload 5 days after borrowing and read it without problem.  I have borrowed it again to complete reading the book, and I have this message again.
