After converting from acsm to pdf - security add-on module

Hi together

I bought a book for school and received an .acsm file. I imported this via Adobe Digital Editions as before and licensed it to my Adobe account.

When opening the .pdf file under: C:\Users\Name\Documents\My Digital Editions it gives me this error message:

An error occurred while opening this document. The security add-on required for this command is not available.

What can i do?
