After start new version ADE I start to receive "error getting license.Licence server communication problem" E_AUTH_Bad DEVICE_KEY OR PKCS12.

What I have to do? Last week I have to make new account my My windows 7. I lost my windows account passworld. ADE works well already two years.The comunication error excist only PC and library.

Could you provide more details ?

Am interested in fixing your issue.

Can you provide screenshots ? Adobe ID used ? Where did you purchase the book ?

How many devices/programs/apps/computers have you used to the read the books ?

Thank you for your help

I already uninstal ADE 3.0 and installed 2.0 again but ether it does not

work any more with the library. That means that the library needs

Authorization before borrow. The library borrow only one book in time and

it will expired automatically after one day or one week. Without

auhtorization I can nor open a ebub book

After I choose book on the library page. It will send me URLLink for

downloading after recognize me , But that function stopped to work after

download ADE 3.0

I have my PC also Calibre program and it works well with unprotected books.

By the way. Are there available ebub readers for Linux computer? and maybe

something instead ADE. The Libraries in Finland use only Linux computers!
