aldiko authorization

I have tried several times to authorize my aldiko reader with my adobe ID but it has failed every time.

Any ideas please.

What message do you get when it fails?

I don't see why it should work any better, but try installing the Bluefire reader and seeing if you can authorize that.

If you can, you should be able to use it as an alternative to Aldiko,

It may even be that authorizing Bluefire enables Aldiko to work, as the authorization is more for the device (via the app) than for the app itself.
