Already fulfilled by another user

I have a problem to open my ebook.

I have try to reinstall adobe digital editions many times. I have also try de-authorizing and authorizing countless times. I have done the recovery of my computer twice and there is still a message telling me : already fulfilled by another user.

Can someone help me?

    This error comes when you previously downloaded the book with some other authorization credentials in ADE.

    Now again if you try to download the book from same download link but current ADE authorization is different, you will receive this error.

    Solutions:

    Make sure ADE is authorized with same credentials, as it was authorized when book was downloaded for the first time.

    Then this error will not come.
