Already_Fullfilled_By_Another_User_ problem - NEED HELP

First the app told me the license key was corrupted (it wasn't) Now it is saying that it was already fulfilled - by me - and cannot upload the file.

This makes no sense. I am the same user. I never had another account. I need to gain access to this file for work. It is very important that I access this right away.

I tried using Bluefire -same thing! HELP.
