ANABLE TO OPEN EBOOK protect with DRM IN DEVICE KOBO

After the download of the ebook from pubblic library in Adobe Digital Edition and then in my device Kobo, I cannot open the file becuse "my eReader isn't authorized to open this book". I have already authorized my device Kobo with the same ID account from the app Adobe Digitale Edition.

I made many atemps, but the device won't let me to open ebook protect with DRM.
