annoying beep when I turn a page

I am an educator trying to administer a standardized test through ADE.  When I turn a page using the arrow keys, there is a beeping noise, like I did something wrong.  How do I correct this/get rid of the sound?

    I agree - the popping sound is driving me crazy. MAKE IT STOP
