Anonym Autorisiert und wegen einem Fehler Autorisierung gelöscht

Question

Ich habe ein Buch auf meinem PC als Anonym autorisiert, hab mir später eine adobe ID erstellt, wollte mich Anmelden das hatte leider nicht funktioniert, danach hatte ich die autorisierung gelöscht, womit leider die bücher verschwunden sind. Jetzt kann ich keiner der Bücher auf meine neue ID autorisieren, besteht die möglichkeit darauf noch irgendwie zuzugreifen ?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
