Another "expired" book purchase problem

Hi there!

I am hoping that someone can help me recuperate books that I have purchased but that have "expired" from my library and have been wiped out from my computer. The PDFs are in my Finder (I am on mac) but they are blank. I've spent money on these academic publications which I still very much need! Thanks in advance for your help!
