Answer needed from Adobe about problem with ADE 4.5.4 on windows 10

I've check in the forum and there are a some problems with ADE 4.5.4 on Windows 10 and there are any answers from ADOBE on those problems.

I have the same problem with ADE4.5.4 on Windows 10 (ADE does not respond) and I'd like to have a solution from Adobe about that please.
