Any cost to Adobe Digital Editions?

I have a user base of about 300 people that will need to use Digital Editions.  Is there any cost for Digital Editions on the enterprise level?  Is there any easy solution to give all of my users access to Digital Editions without installing the software on each machine individually?  Any help is greatly appreciated!
