anyone else have this error? Error getting license

Trying to download my ebook as usual and got this error:

Error getting license

License server communication problem: E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

tried rebooting, looked for processes still running, no luck.

anyone else getting this? what can I do to get past it?
