Anyone having trouble contacting Chat in Australia?

I have been trying for two days to contact Chat in Australia - they are never available, despite saying they are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  Anyone else having this problem?  I've been having problems opening new e-books for weeks and cannot solve it without their support.
