App does not work on my Pc (win10)

Hi, my Os il windows10.

I've installed and used the app few times, but lately when I try to open it, it doesn't work (it does not run at all, nothing happen or appear on the desktop). I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall it but the situation is still the same. May you help with this? Thanks
