Application frozen

Good evening, when I open the program, the program freezes, I identify myself correctly with the username and password but it keeps thinking all the time.
I have tried with windows 10 and currently windows 11.
I have to close the program with control + alt +sup and close it with the task manager.
Can anyone tell me how to fix it, I have the latest version installed.
