Aucune action possible "E ADEPT USER UNKNOWN"

Bonjour à tous,

Tout fonctionnait bien jusqu'à ce qu'il me soit impossible d'autoriser ma liseuse sur ADE ou même d'effacer l'autorisation de mon mac. Dans le 1er cas, l'écran affiche l'image jointe.

je dispose bien d'un ID, en ai changé le mot de passe et parviens à me connecter sur le site. J'ai supprimé et réinstallé l'app... en vain.

    I have the same problem. I downloaded a book from the library, it went into ADE, but I cannot move it to the e-reader and I’m unable to authorize the e-reader, or deauthorize the computer to start from scratch. This has happened since I upgraded from ADE 3.0 to ADE 4.5.6 as required. Everything worked fine with ADE 3.0.
