Authentication Issue

Hey,

I've been trying so hard to open an ebook for my assignment but every time I try to open the book, I am required to authorise my computer but once I do that I get an error "E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY" and the bottom says that there's an error on the activation server. I have tried everything already but it still will not work. I even tried removing the file on my laptop but nothing works.

If anyone knows what's happening, help will be greatly appreciated thanks
