Authorisation and Deauthorisation

i have bought a book online ,i managed to read it last week,but i deaothorised my computer by mistake  this week ,am getting a message that i must authorise my computer,my login details for the vendor id are being denised access.I tried to change password,it says succesfull,but upon login it says ,not associated with ebookWhat do i do
