Authorisation issue

I purchased an ebook and opened it in ADE without authroising.  I have now uninstalled and re-installed the programme and can no longer access my ebook.  How can I resolve this issue?

      i have exactly the same problem today, maybe due to installing ADE on my new computer.  Deinstalled, deleted everything, turned mac off etc. I have checked on the web, and my authorization is all ok. can someone help please.
