Authorisation problem

Hi,

I have authorized my eraeder (Kobo Glo) with ADE and I can transfer books to my ereader. But on my ereader I can't see these book. On the e-reader's display it says "not authorized with ADE". I have contacted Kobo support and have done all steps for fixing problems, but didn't work. I have reset e-reader; reinstalled ADE 4.5 and later on version 3.0; delete authorisation of computer and first authorized the e-reader. Kobo support directed me to Adobe support. Any clue how to solve this?
