Adobe Digital Editions V 4.5.1.139278

Authorisation of computer: OK

Authorisation of E-reader 1: OK

Authoristions of E-reader 2: Fault activation server, without a code.

both E-readers are the same typ KOBO-AURA

tried to:

reinstall Adobe digital editions.

switch off fire wall.

No solution yet.

Problem resolved with the help of the Dutch library.

The used teamviewer to help me out.

Problem is in the registry

After that computer authorisation was possible, and also authorisation of 2 e-readers.

Has you try to authorize the Reader direktly over the reader itself?

Thanks for your answer, but I do not have the option to authorise for Adobe digital editions on the reader itself.

On the other reader I can see that Adobe digital editions is authorised, and there I have the option redraw authorisation.

Other tips and trics are welcome.
