authorise downloads and delete additional email

Made several errors in trying to authorise downloads and need to reverse the following: delete additional email that is now appearing on my account and cancel authorisation so that I can authorise to my reader and not computer.

How do I delete an email address from my account and cancel a computer authorisation and authorise my reader?
