Authorised device wont import due to "device not authorised!"

Hello, i have a samsung galaxy tab with aldiko app which is at v.3.0.13. I have digital editions installed on my pc and both the pc and device are authorised.  I purchased 2 books from the feedbooks store (both ascm files) and only 1 will import. I deleted the ascm file of the book that will not import and replaced it with EPUB file.  Now when i try to import it tells me that the device is not authorised, i go and check, and it is authorised.  Im very confused, super frustrated and want to read the book i've paid for, any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you!
