Authorising computer for ADE

Evening, I am trying to set up Adobe Digital Edition so that I can transfer books from my Sony Ereader to my new Kobo. However, when trying to authorise my computer it comes up with the error message E_AUTH_NOT_READY.

Any ideas? I don't think I am able to transfer any files until I authorise it.
