authoritation error. code: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I got an account many years ago and it was going well, but last saturday I download a book and it doesn't  let me in into adobe, so i cannot open it. It says that de password was incorrect but it

wasn´t. so i decided to change the account with the same email but different password. Now i cannot download again that book, I cannot read the book not just even open it on adobe.

Everytime I try to open it, appears a messeage saying that thay have a problem with the licence's server:"E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

Of course there's another user with the same email, its me!!!!! but i cannot delete the first account and stablish the authoritation in the new one.

can anyone help me?
