i have an acrobat reader for years on my pc

yesterday i was asked to autorize my pc

the acrobat id is ok, the passwort is ok,  i still can not open my books on the pc

    I am also having an issue being able to read my ebooks and authorizing my computer or other devices.

    Hi miriame,

    What is the precise error that you're receiving? Are you using Adobe Digital Editions?

    thank you for contacting me

    yes i'm using adobe digital edition for years

    suddenly i was asked to authorize my pc

    i did every think i could with help of the adobe website

    i can not open my books (i brought from ciando), i alway get the answer,

    that the book has the status error

    i will be very happy if you can help me

    Hi Miriam,

    Thanks for clarifying that. You landed in the Adobe Reader forums, but I think you'll have better luck getting an answer in the forum for Adobe Digital Editions. I'll move your post there so it can be seen by the right eyes!

    In the meantime, please see if this document helps: Can't authorize with a previously used Adobe ID.
