Authorization & Activation problems!

Hi everyone! I legally bought two digital textbooks and, at first, I didn't know how to use adobe digital editions so I chose to authorize the activation without an id. But now it prevents me from accessing the textbooks on my iPad. Can I erase the current activation (which is without an id) and still be possible to access my textbooks after I log in with my own id later?
