Authorization failed - who can help?

I installed the newest version of ADE 4.0.2 but I can´t do the authorization.

Error "Connection Problem. Digital Edition could not make a connection with the authorization server. Please make sure to make the connection via internet".

My System is Vista.

Anti-Virus Kaspersky and Windows-Firewall.

For Kaspersky I declared ADE is a thrustworthy programm. For Windows I did the same.

Does anybody has an idea?
