Authorization issue: one email, two adobe IDs

Hi community,

about the authorization on my notebook, there appears two times the same email, but the IDs are different:

urn:uuid: (one number sequence) - principal

urn:uuid: (othernumber sequence)

As a result, on my ebook device (tolino of thalia - Germany), I can read only the books of the principal ID, and not the books of the other ID.

Can somebody help me?
