Authorization Issue Turned Into Too Many Copies Issue Also

Today I tried to add two new Epub books to my Kobo that I had borrowed from the Public Library. When I tried to open them it said I wasn't authorized. I found steps on here to erase authorization and reauthorize but it didn't work. I also tried deleting the downloads and redownloading as well as returning the ebooks to the library and reborrowing. nothing. Now I have a new problem. Now it keeps addding a new copy of the book every time I try to add it. I have been "removing" the books before adding a new one and even removing them from my Mac finder and cloud sync but every time i try to reload it it just adds more copies (see below). Please help me! I have read 9/12 books in this series and I MUST find out what happens.
